Hi,

My IP profile has been stuck at 5500 for about a week now, is there any way i can get it back up to like 7000?
i appreciate the answers on this, thanks

open a support ticket... give them the btspeedtest results. they might be able to get BT to fix it for you. i dont think theres anything you can do your end.
