Interleaving requests

Is anyone else having a really slow turnaround time with interleaving requests?

I made one on 27th March and it still says "In Progress (Request Sent To Supplier)". They used to be really fast but now seem to take quite a while.

I did two lines recently, both ordered the same day (and on same exchange)and both took the same time. This was one of them:
