Just thought I would say hi!
Have just had my connection transferred over today from Eclipse, and what can I say ....only that I am already so glad that I did!
In just half a day of surfing I have gone from E-mail server time outs and erratic speeds to a smooth internet experience! I hope just hope it stays that way, please don't go the way of Pipex and Eclipse, both of whom were once great ISPs, but are no more, RIP!
Just a quick question for the staff, if I may in this forum. My line is long at5.6km....but my signal is good! I was syncing @ 3400kbps which has resulted in a profile of 2500kbps . Due to a new router and some new cables I have now got a sync of 3648kbps which, I understand should result in 3000kbps line rate, will BTs system pick this up or will my line need retraining?
