This is just a general topic to help you with any issues you may be having.
First of all, if you experiencing slow speeds, check our FAQ speed category - http://adsl24.co.uk/faq/?action=show&cat=5 and also this guide: http://adsl24.co.uk/faq/index.php?action=artikel&cat=5&id=48&artlang=en
If the information in the FAQ does not help, please e-mail us at support @ adsl24.co.uk (remove the spaces before and after the @) or create a help desk ticket - http://adsl24.co.uk/cgi-bin/pdesk.cgi so we can look into it.
This enables us to better manage any faults we receive as issues posted on the forum are not logged and not official. If you think your speed issue is to do with your setup, or something else not related, please feel free to create a topic on the forum so other members can help out, but in usual practise, we prefer you e-mail us or create a ticket so we both have a record of the fault and so that we can update you without posting your details on the forum.
