Hello
I am thinking of migrating to your service from Pipex. I have currently been on one of there old Solo 1000 packages for several years now.
My question is as I am 2.5 km from the exchange my maximum line rate is according to dsl zone 2.5 mbps. Would I be better off getting a fixed 2 mbps product or subscribing to the ADSL Max product?
Also if I was to go for an ADSL Max product would my upload rate be any different if I subscribe to one of your office products (with the 832 kbps upload rate) instead of the home packages. Or is my line speed so low that this would not be achievable?
Please find beneath information from the router regarding SNR etc.
SNR Margin Down (dB): 20.7
SNR Margin Up (dB): 28.0
Attenuation Down (dB): 36.5
Attenuation Up (dB): 30.0
Output Power Down (dBm): 11.9
Output Power Up (dBm): 16.7
Attainable Rate Down (Kbps): 3072
Attainable Rate Up (Kbps): 1168
