I didn't until you said it but, it does not surprise me in the least :(

This 'forum' is on its last legs I think.

Defo not back -suspect it's removed due to the bad publicity that this forum will give ADSL24. However, most ISP forums are like this, and are only used when people have issues (Most of the time anyway). Take a look at most big ISP forums and you will see what I mean.

It is still visible on the bottom of this page (the forum once you're on it) and also on the broadband store page https://adsl24.co.uk/store/ ,cannot see link anywhere else.

From the ADSL24 front page: "We like to do things differently..."

Evidently not :(

It's gone. I saw it listed at the bottom of this page and I wrongly assumed it had returned on the main pages...

Personally, I think it's a mistake to remove it. Before I sign up for anything online, the first thing I do is ensure there is an active user forum. In an ISP's case in particular, I would find the (apparent) lack of a forum highly suspicious.

You don't really think adsl24 want people looking at THIS forum do you? ;)

Well for me, seeing an open forum was the deciding factor when i chose ADSL24 as an isp .

If i were looking for an isp now i would reject adsl24 on the grounds that rightly or wrongly they have something to hide.

I rarely use this forum now, and in fact use another isp's for outage information and just to make my point, i have been one of the many waiting to see if C&W will get round to unbundling my exchange ( was down for july so not holding my breath) but as i cant see the C&W forum on here and cant see what sort of problems and resolutions people have had its quite possible i would change to a more open isp if it did happen.

I left a few months back had no probs with ADSL24 it was down to cheaper elsewhere.
I too was waiting for the C&W switch on but it never happened at my exchange it just disappeared from the list.
