Is the servers down its stopped responding. Login failed error message?

It was working a short time ago

This is using Thunderbird it says log in is failed, but other emails are working. Am I to assume the servers are down:(

Oh well I will put a ticket in then, it wont accept my password now I dont know why.

same here (@ time of posting), had a thunderbird update yesterday (I think)
Control panel is not responding either... I'm on Saturn

Also have same issue - unable to login to email account set up through Thunderbird.

There's been an audit on the servers hosting the space we provide free with broadband services; matching cPanel usernames & ADSL logins, but unfortunately these have proved to not match in some cases.

We've systems in place to cater for the disparity, but if we cannot tie things together & you have an active broadband & your mails still down, please raise a ticket from your My Account page or give us a call on the sales & support number & we'll sort things out
