the start of my site, ive uploaded a few different oscommerce templates and all the images are like this pixelated as if they arent downloaded correctly they all work on my computer in photoshop, then when i upload them via ftp and install the site i get them and they look this that? i havnt got cgi_bin any more im thinkin i may have deleted something important like this

would you be able to completely reset my webspace cababilities thanks

You have uploaded the images in ASCII mode. Change your client to BINARY mode when you are uploading images (it should do that automatically to be honest).

You don't need a cgi-bin for PHP - or is that for something else
