Hi

I have just tried to do a bt speedtest and i keep getting the following error message

The login name entered on this tool doesnt match that discovered by querying the network for your domain name. Please check your telephone number (or user name) and try again. If problem persists please contact your CP.

I am using the same login details that i have always used

It's just a generic BT error. Keep trying and it will work...

Are you sure your using the same login details? I had that then realised i was using adsl24.co.uk instead of adsllogin.co.uk.

might be a typo

As i said in my original post I am using the same details as i always use. Must be a BT error, like James advised as working fine now
