Control Panel Information
We provide every customer with access to our in-house developed control panel listed below.
We endeavour to be up front and honest about the service we provide - that's why you will find precise, detailed information below so you know exactly what you are signing up for.
- There are no call connection fees for calls made to 01, 02, 03 (UK Geographical) or 07 (UK Mobiles) numbers.
- Call charges are displayed in pence per minute.
- Calls are billed by the minute.
- The charge band (peak/off-peak/weekend etc) of the time a call begins applies to the duration of the call.
- The overall charge per monthly bill is rounded up to the nearest penny.
- Pay as you go - only pay for the calls you make and not the calls you don't.
- Peak is defined as 08:00 - 17:59 weekdays.
- Off-peak is defined as 18:00 - 07:59 weekdays.
- Weekend is defined as 00:00 - 23:59 on Saturday and Sunday.
- Line Rental & Call Charges are payable by either a monthly Continuous Card Agreement or Direct Debit.
