Welcome to the very first edition of the ADSL24 newsletter.
The purpose of this newsletter is to inform you of any upcoming changes to your service and to promote the new services that we will shortly be offering.

Up to 24Mb arriving next month

After successful trials in the West Midlands area we are delighted to announce the pricing of our new ADSL2+ up to 24Mb packages. These new packages should enable you to achieve faster downstream and upstream speeds, better stability, more flexibility and in some cases a reduced monthly fee!
The new ADSL2+ service will be available for launch around the middle of July 2008 for exchanges that BT have enabled for ADSL2+. We have created an online checker enabling you to check if your exchange will be enabled within the next 12 months, which can be found at http://adsl24.co.uk/checker_24mb.php.

On 14th April 2008 we will be moving to our new office premises which will provide our staff with
more state-of-the art facilities allowing us to increase our productivity whilst at the same time adding extra space so we can continue to expand our team. The new premises are only a stones throw away from our current location and will not affect your services in any way.
As a result of the move, we will also be revising our telephone number. We will be separating the numbers for the sales and support line giving us much more control over the inbound calls meaning faster response times and less menu options for you to trawl through! The new numbers are as follows:
Sales/cs/e-mail/webspace/control panel issues: 01457 6000 24
Broadband support: 01457 6000 25
Both numbers will be in force from the 14th April 2008
and the old number will contain a message informing customers of the new numbers.

New year - new site! We've tidied up the ADSL24 site and introduced some new control panel features as well as bringing some new availability checkers online. We hope you like the new fresh look, and as always, feel free to post on our forum should you have any comments or suggestions.

We are proud to announce the launch of our Voice over IP solutions. We are currently offering two plans, Express and Enrich. You can visit the VoIP page for more details. What's more, if you are already a broadband customer we can tie the billing to your existing account for combined broadband/voip billing too!

As a result of customer feedback and the change to BT wholesale's new pricing schemes we would like to announce that we are reducing both the new activation fee and LLU migration fee to £40+vat - still on a 1 month contract!
This will reduce costs for both new customers signing up to broadband for the first time and those who have been moved away from the BT network on to an LLU platform such as Be*, Sky, UK Online etc. Doubled with the offer of a 1 month contract as standard this is a further step forward to our committment in offering the best possible service to new and returning customers.
This will take effect from 1st September 2007.

As a result of customer feedback we have now introduced a local rate geographical number for sales and support.
This will reduce costs significantly should you need to contact us. This new system also allows you to leave a message if there is a queue, saving you time, effort and money.
